Most Holy Trinity Parish

Father Don to leave Most Holy Trinity upon retirement. In a relatively new policy the diocesan bishop no longer permits the retiring pastor to continue in residence in his parish. On June 28 Fr. Don will move into St. Louis de Montfort Parish in Sound Beach to live in retirement and assist as needed with sacraments. He was welcomed by his old friend Msgr. Chris Heller, pastor. Sound Beach is on the North Shore, just west of Rocky Point.

Please come to the farewell celebration for Fr. Don in the Parish Hall following the 11.30 Mass on June 11th.

Rev. Ryan Creamer
to succeed Msgr. Hanson

Fr. Creamer grew up in the Parish of St. Patrick’s in Bay Shore and studied for the priesthood at The Catholic University of America, Washington, DC, the Gregorian University in Rome and the Seminary of the Immaculate Conception in Huntington. He did his pastoral year at St. Mary’s in Long Beach and was ordained at St. Agnes Cathedral on June 9, 2012 with his first priestly assignment at the Parish of St. Agnes Cathedral.

The appointment becomes effective on June 28th,
