Most Holy Trinity Parish participates in the Gallup Faith Practice research.

The Gallup name is known mostly from its 60 years of conducting opinion research through polling. In fact, a greater part of their business is management consulting both to industry and the non-profit sector. About 8 years ago Gallup began to adapt its research methods to help parishes and congregations to grow.

This is our second year with the Membership Engagement survey. Last year established a baseline. This year the survey results will show how we have grown over the last year and where are the key areas we need to address to deepen our engagement and spiritual commitment.

Msgr. Hanson will report on the results of the Fall 2008 survey shortly.

Shortly we will be offering Strengths Finder to help parishioners know and own their strengths. Our aim is to give parishioners the opportunity to use their God given strengths and talents in doing God's work.

Leadership Excellence is a program for pastors and Msgr. Hanson has been pioneering it with three other diocesan priests for the last two years.
